Interpolate between two values.
solium_animation::lerp is the same three characters, and this is not a
dependency on it: an effects crate that imports the animation crate is one
step from an effects crate that imports the compositor, and the empty
[dependencies] in Cargo.toml is the thing keeping both testable.
