The widths a column cycles through when the caller names none, as shares of the view.
A fallback rather than the policy since #117. lua/config.lua has
advertised a scrolling.widths list since it was written, and this constant
is why that list did nothing: the configuration named three numbers and the
strip used these three instead. A caller supplies its own through
Scroller::with_widths; these are what a caller that says nothing gets,
and what a caller whose list turns out to hold nothing usable falls back to.
