struct Need {
pull: f64,
hold: f64,
}Expand description
What a subtree asks of the room along one axis: the least it must have for every window in it that has a floor of its own to be at that floor, and the least it will give up.
pull is zero for a subtree with no window floor in it: Settings::minimum
bounds splits and seams and moves nothing by itself, as it did not before
(#134). hold is what the subtree can be taken down to when a sibling
pulls – each window’s own floor, or the minimum where that is larger.
